Refund policy

The Comfy Rose Collection is dedicated to providing clean and comfortable clothes to all of our customers. Because we offer intimates, we have a no refund policy. However, if there was a mistake on our end (i.e. sending the wrong product, wrong size, etc) we will happily replace the product or refund the amount to your original form of payment.
